The solid bars are made as standard with carbon in combination with a vinyl ester epoxy resin.
These rods have a fiber volume content between 50 and 60%. The composite rods are made up of only unidirectional fibres. This means that the tensile force of these bars is particularly high, making them ideal for applications with high longitudinal loads.
The round bars are available in a wide variety of sizes, varying in diameter from 3mm to 25mm.
We make the carbon rods by means of the pultrusion process. This makes it possible to easily produce a large quantity of the same profile. As a result, this process is many times more efficient than other methods for the production of carbon profiles.
